Auction Flow

  • Member registration and Verification

    Submit your company's and contact person's information. After receiving the confirmation email, please refer to the instruction on the home page.

  • Item Search & Preview

    After logging in and searching for items, you can narrow down the criteria and find items of interest by selecting. You can also click on the item name to access product details, and start your bidding.

  • How to Bid

    After visiting the item details page, you can view and zoom high-quality diamond photos. Please review the photos and description carefully, and enter the maximum amount paid for this item.

  • Bid Results

    After the auction is completed, you can download your invoice after 0:00 the next day.

  • Payment & Delivery

    Please pay the invoice amount by bank transfer or cash. Only US dollars are accepted. After the payment is confirmed, the items will be handed over to you.

Consignment Flow

  • Member registration and Verification

    Submit your company's and contact person's information. After receiving the confirmation email, please refer to the instruction on the home page.

  • Consignment application

    Due date for application at our side is 30th day before auction date.

  • Preparation for list of items

    Please send your consign request to us, you can download a seller list format after we approved your application. Submission due date is 20 days before the first day of preview.

  • Send consignment items

    Please bring products directly to our HK office with you or you can send them to our office by courier before due date. Please note insurance and freight cost are born by your side. Due date of items delivery is 10 days before the first day of preview date.

  • Payment

    We will update you a result of your bids after auction.
    It will be transferred to your bank account after deducting commission and any tax occurred. Currency is in US dollars only. Please note that payment arrangement will be made within 40 days after auction is held.
